RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@style247.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Product Satisfaction

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics or vitamin supplements for health and safety reasons.

For unopened items in original packaging, you may return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact support@style247.shop to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
