Managing Your Subscription

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Simply log in to your account and manage your subscription preferences.

How to Cancel

• Log into your account on our website
• Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
• Select the subscription you wish to cancel
• Click "Cancel Subscription"

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

Cancellations take effect immediately and you will not be charged for future shipments. If your subscription has already been processed for the current cycle, you will receive that shipment but will not be billed again.

Refunds

No refunds are provided for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. If you have concerns about a product you've received, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
